Tuition

We are committed to providing your child with a safe and nurturing learning environment. Paying tuition on time is essential to retaining our highly qualified teachers and to running our program. All payments are due prior to care. Payments can be made earlier, but are expected no later than Friday for the following week's child care. Late fees will be applied if tuition is not kept current. Students with repeated or extended late payments may be withdrawn. Our profit margin does not allow us to float families who do not pay for care on time and has created the need for this strict pre-payment policy. We thank you for your understanding and support.

 

For students attending all day, we will set up a billing plan for your family which will give you an equal payment to make each Friday. It helps all of us to know exactly what to expect each week and it makes the billing plan easy to set and forget. For full-time care children (4-5 days/week), we also have vacation and sick days that accrue. In addition, the youngest sibling in a family will get a $/2 per day sibling discount to their tuition. Children in care partial days may be accepted and their rate would reflect this. A $25/child yearly registration fee is due each August. All 2-5yo preschool participants, both those in daycare and those who come for preschool only, have a supply fee of $5/week. The Summer program supplies fee for 2-12yo is also $5/week. Billing information can be viewed at any time via the Brightwheel app. All tuition and fee payments are non-refundable. Our weekly rates are listed above and were figured using working days/year so they already account for any holidays. Because of this, you will be charged this same amount every Friday. Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool: (Daily rate times # of days of child care/year) divided by weeks/year.

School-Age Children: (Daily rate times # of days of after-school care) divided by weeks/school year.

Summer Care 6-12yo: (Daily rate times # of days of summer care) divided by weeks/summer care.

Please always pay on time to keep our program running smoothly. Our rates are affordable and competitive. We accept child care subsidies from DWS if there is ever a time you need extra support.
